Psalm 37:3—Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. (“You shall feed on His faithfulness.”)
(MSG) 3-4 Get insurance with God and do a good deed, settle down and stick to your last. Keep company with God, get in on the best.
Matthew 6:25,26—Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
(WE) `So, I tell you this. Do not be troubled about what you will eat or drink to keep alive. Do not be troubled about what you will wear on your body. Life itself is worth more than food, and the body is worth more than clothes. Look at the birds that fly in the air. They do not plant or cut or keep any food. Yet your Father in heaven feeds them. Are you not worth more than birds?’
